Μετά από σχεδόν 9 χρόνια που είμαι πελάτης του γνωστού διαδικτυακού καταστήματος
http://www.greatmodels.com/ και αφού διαπιστωμένα έχω ψωνίσει μοντέλα συνολικής αξίας τουλάχιστον 2.000,00EUR, φτάνω στο σημείο να τους κάνω ρόμπα όπου σταθώ και όπου βρεθώ (Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό), μετά από την δεύτερη φορά που με ζημιώνουν και στην συνέχεια με αγνοούν σαν να είμαι ο "κανένας" από το "πουθενά".
Αλλά ας πάρουμε τα πράγματα από την αρχή...
Πριν από περίπου 20 ημέρες έκανα μία ακόμα παραγγελία μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας. Η παραγγελία είχε αριθμό 202574 και ήταν η ακόλουθη (copy - paste από το αυτόματο e-mail του μηχανισμού παραγγελίας τους):

Στην συνέχεια έλαβα ένα mail τους ότι η πιστωτική μου δεν ισχύει. Πράγματι δεν ίσχυε λόγω αλλαγής της. Με την νέα κάρτα, και εφόσον δεν έχουν την δυνατότητα αλλαγής των στοιχείων πληρωμής, παράγγειλα και πάλι το ίδιο item με νέα παραγγελία.
1-2 ημέρες μετά μπήκα στο σύστημά τους να δω΄την κατάσταση της παραγγελίας (202574) και βλέπω ότι έχει αποσταλεί και περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα:

Total $81.50Φυσικά το ότι ο ίδιος αριθμός παραγγελίας είχε ξαφνικά άλλα items μπορώ να το δεχτώ σαν σφάλμα.
Το ότι παράγγειλα άρματα μάχης επίσης.
Αυτό που δεν μπορώ να καταπιώ με τίποτα είναι ότι μετά από 4 e-mail σε χρονικό διάστημα δύο εβδομάδων δεν έχω καμία απολύτως απάντηση! Απλώς με αγνοούν, και ας τους έχω στείλει τα δικά τους αυτόματα e-mail, και ας έχω απειλήσει θεούς και δαίμονες. Εκείνοι, απλώς τίποτα!!!

I have started feeling annoyed with your total apathy regarding my justified request.
I have sent you your e-mail regarding my order with urd. number 202574. Under this number you have charged and sent me numerous other items that I have never ordered.
Although it is obvious that there is a serious problem with your ordering system, you do not reply my requests for more than ten days until today.
Furthermore, this is not the first time that I have problems with an order from GMW. I can remind you of a past situation, but this is not the right time.
Please reply this time, otherwise I will have to deny payments and contact you through my lawyer.

I have never ordered any of the red aligned kits in my attached document.
I am sending you your last verification messages to help you clean mess up.
I think you have messed up order 202574. See it above and then see it from my orders history! Two different orders!
Please do not charge me for the items I have not ordered (81,50). The correct orders are the ones included here.

Hello everybody @ GMW.
I have called my VISA bank and there appears to be no problem with it.
I have also done my shopping few hours ago, again with no problem.
I tried to use the "change profile" submenu of your site to check my card settings (just in case!) but as it has happened in the past, it won't allow me to enter.
At the same time I use my username to see my orders status and it works fine!
Something has to be definitely wrong with my account on GMW. Could you please check?
Also could you please try to charge my credit card again?
