Actually there are four aircraft.
Starting from the top:
1. Silver

F-5 Delivery Cammo (1965)

*The anti-glare is painted in FS-37038 or 33(Humbrol)

2. Ghost. For this cammo you are an expert 

3. Although not 100% sure, I think this is an NF-5A.

For your future reference you can use the information written below, but there are a few points that personally I think they need editing. Still these points are regarding the Mirage 2000 and the Aegean blue theme, so nothing to do with your question.

 So is it just the four profiles on the front that can be done with this sheet, no ex Jordanian or F-5A in SEA ?

I recall that in this forum, a member had announced that in the (near?) future there will be available a second set of decals, which will include some ex-Jordanian F-5s, Rf-5s and "silver" ones.

Any more news on the second F-5 decal sheet?


To answer my own question I had an email today from Chris at Icarus and he says that the second F-5 sheet should be available mid October
