Πριν από λιγο καιρό προκυρηχθηκε το πρωταθλημα της επικεφαλίδας και δηλωσα συμμετοχή.Αποτελει επανεκκινηση μιας παλιότερης σειράς που είχε
κακή κατάληξη καθώς ο οργανωτής στο τέλος κράτησε τα περισσότερα αυτοκινητα και καποια από τα έπαθλα που είχαν προσφέρει σπόνσορες,
το όνομα αυτού Don Walker,αν τον βρειτε πουθενά μπροστά σας μακρυά.
Σε αυτό συμμετέχουν αυτοκίνητα τουρισμού από τον παρακάτω πίνακα που περιλαμβάνει αυτοκίνητα που ήταν σε παραγωγή από 1-1-2001.

Κανονισμοί
1.2: Σασί και καρότσα πρέπει να είναι "τακίμι" από τον ιδιο κατασκευαστή.Δεν επιτρέπονται σασί HRS ούτε συνδυασμοί καροτσας/σασί από διαφορετικά μοντέλλα.Επιτρέπεται ενισχυση και ελαφρό λιμάρισμα για να είναι ελεύθερη η κίνηση της καρότσας,απαγορεύεται κόψιμο,τρύπημα ενώ οι βίδες πρεπει να είναι καλυμμενες με ταινια.
1.3: Ο οδηγος δεν πρέπει να προεξεχει
1.4: Πρέπει να υπάρχει αρκετή αποσταση από το έδαφος που να επιτρέπει την κίνηση χωρίς επαφή με την πίστα
1.5: Διαφανή παράθυρα πρέπει να υπάρχουν στις θεσεις που υπήρχαν και στο 1/1 αυτοκινητο
1.6: Αγωνιστικοί αριθμοί σε τουλάχιστον 3 σημεία.Λευκά κιτ δεν γίνονται δεκτάed cars (for example plain white kits) are not allowed.
1.7: Φώτα πρέπει να υπάρχουν στις θεσεις που υπήρχαν και στο 1/1 αυτοκινητο χωρίς να χρειάζεται να λειτουργούν
1.8: Το εσωτερικο πρέπει να έχει τουλάχιστον πίνακα οργάνων,οδηγό και πρεπει να περιλαμβάνει λογικες λεπτομέρειες,απαγορεύονται καττασκευές από χαρτί.
1.9: Μέγιστο βαρος 105 Gm,ελάχιστο 80 Gm,μέγιστο πλάτος 2.44" (62mm).

2. Τροχοί κα λάστιχα
2.1: Τα λάστιχα δεν πρεπει να προεξέχουν
2.2: Οι τροχοί πρέπει να είναι καλυμμενοι με ένθετα εξαιρουνται οι τροχοι των κτασκευαστών Kai’s multi-hole "Alfa" wheels, SCC Super Wheels with lugs, και CBD
2.3: Ελαχιστη διάμετρος τροχών 16χιλ που αναπαριστούν τροχούς 15" σε κλίμακα.Τροχοί Slot.It F1απαγορεύονται εκτός αν το 1/1 αυτοκινητο φοραγε τροχούς 13-14"
2.4: Λάστιχα Slot.It Low Profile Zero Grips (SIPT-015) και παρομοιων διαστάσεων δεν επιτρέπονται ,ελάχιστη διάμετρος εμπρός ελαστικων 17mm.
2.5: Ελαχιστο πλάτος εμπρός ελαστικων 8mm. Μπορουν να διαμορφωθουν ώστε να ελαχιστοποιηθεί η επιφάνεια επαφής.
2.6: Μπορούν να είναι από ελαστικο η πολυουρεθανη,απαγορεύεται η σιλικονη και πρέπει να εχουν μαύρο χρώμα ενώ επιτρέπεται διαφανης επικάλυψη στα εμπρός και απαγορεύεται η χημικη επεξεργασία των πίσω
3. Mοτερ
3.1: Οποιοδηποτε εμπορικά διαθέσιμο 25K rpm @t 12 Volts ,απαγορεύονται οι μετατροπές
3.2: Μέγιστη μαγνητική καθετη δυναμη 30 grams
3.3: Το μοτέρ μπορει να ειναι στερεωμένο με ταινία,κόλλα η βίδες,μπορεί να περιορισθεί η κινησ των motor mounts
4.Μετατροπές
4.1: Τροχοί,λαστιχα,άξονες,γρανάζιαόδηγοί,καλώδια,βουρτσες μπορουν να χρησιμοποιηθούν οποιουδήποτε κατασκευαστή.
4.2: Βαρος μπορεί να προστεθεί μονο μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο
4.3: Αναρτήσεις μαγνητικές η με ελατηριο επιτρέπονται όταν δεν χρειάζεται κοψιμο του σασί για την τοποθετησή τους
4.4: Μαγνήτες απαγορευονται
4.5: Επιτρέπεται το κόλλημα των κουζινέτων

Ο πίνακας συμμετοχων

Εχει φορτωθεί και ο πίνακας με τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά στην παρακατω διευθυνση το αυτοκίνητο με αριθμό 111 δεν πέρασε το τεχνικο έλεγχο

Looking for an opening

14. JohnnyFly41 - Faster and faster it went. For a while.
15. Super2nr - Could use a little more motor to hang with the big dogs
16. mrtiggz - Hops in the hard corners
17. Earthbound - Smooth car could use a touch more motor
18. Rick1776 - Nearly identical to JohnnyFly in all aspects except where the clock stopped
19. Autorama - Another good car that's just a step behind on power
20. slo1quick - Smooth and fast - the first car to hit the track actually
21. The Professor - Orange end-bell struggles to keep up here
22. Ronan - Smooth but could use more oomph
23. Elvinator - Perhaps the SCX motor needs a few more laps to warm up...
24. redlynr - More power Scotty. But Cap', I'm givin' her all she's got!
25. BoltzLightning - Gonna need more power
26. Paulcoz - tends to hop a little in the corners
27. f250lusso - The Vibrator! Tires seem a little bouncy. Perhaps nothing a few heats at the Pen can't cure. Wing will not stay on. 3 offs - the record for the day.
28. Belator - One of the lower powered motors

Φαίνεται ότι τα Ortmann που φοράμε ο redlynr και εγώ ,εκείνος γκρί εγώ μπλέ,δεν πάνε καλά.

μου κανει εντυποση που ενω η αλφα ρομεο εχει σταματησει να κυκλοφορει στην αμερικη πολλοι αμερικανοι την προτιμουν στα αυτοκινητα...

Είχαμε αγώνα,πίστα Ξύλο με magnabraid,τα αυτοκίνητα με μαγνητική downforce είχαν πλεονέκτημα,το σχετικό video εδώ:

Αγώνας 2ος πίστα Autumn Hills.
Scalextric βαμμένη με ράγα καλυμμένη με χαλκοταινία.

Φαίνεται ότι έχω καπαρώσει τις τελευταίες θέσεις,απλά στο αυτοκίνητο του συμπατριώτη μας εξ Αυστραλίας Boltzlightning φαίνεται δεν αρέσει η πίστα.Αποτελέσματα δοκιμαστικών

Στον αγώνα πήρα ακόμη μια θέση ενώ κανείς απ' το podium του πρώτου αγώνα δεν ήταν στο podium

Ελπίζω σε καλύτερα αποτελέσματα σε πίστες χωρίς μαγνητικό πεδίο και στην βελτίωση των Ortman,που με κάψανε,από αγώνα σε αγώνα

Εδώ φαίνονται οι πραγματικές δυνατότητς των αυτοκνήτων γιατί δεν υπάρχει μαγνητικό πεδίο

Δοκιμαστικά,επιτέλους ξεκολλήσαμε απ'τις τελευταίες θέσεις.Ιδιαίτερη μνεία πρέπει να γίνει
για το αυτοκίνητο του redlynr #55 που ήταν 3ο στην προηγούμενη(μαγνητική)πίστα και εδώ
