Θέμα: F-4E "Ghost" scheme question

I have a question regards the "Ghost " scheme on the F-4E AUP. 

I know that officially the "Ghost" scheme applied to both the F-4 and F-16 are the same FS 35237/36307/36251.  However is this the case in reality as all the photos of the F-4 that I have seen have the 35237 looking somewhat more Blue than the same colour on the F-16. Any help much appreciated.

It's just the same colours It seems different due to the light probably and the size of each aircraft.Speaking about ghost if you look blk 52 and 52M you'll see that it looks darker but that is because of the relief painting.
Another reason that the "blue" looks different in the Phantoms is the HEAVY weathering that they suffer

Thanks for the help people .  Went ahead and started to paint the build in the stated colours.  So far so good, the Blue/Grey looks about right will post some pics up when the cmo scheme is complete

Well, actually there are, roughly speaking, two kinds of "Ghost" paint-jobs: the ones that were painted here in Greece at the HAI paint shop and the original, factory-standard paint-job.

Having said that, the other major contributing factor is "time since paint was aplied". The old block 30 Vipers and the F-4E AUPs get a new paint every, say, 5 years. However the block 50 Vipers are still wearing the original paint after all these years. Its easy to see looking at the pictures how the elements have taken their toll.
