"AG Models" will start in this summer, possibly June-July at most.
The first models to be done will be in 48th scale and I already give our possible choice.
We're thinking of doing wheeled vehicles because ... I tried, long ago, to build a tank
and it was a complete disaster. I don't know why, maybe was a message for me, came
from above, in my attention, to be careful ... Beside this, there are a lot of tanks on the
market and we are not interested in doubling the existing production.
We are thinking to make our production in Limited Edition. The number of kits in each
model is not yet establish, we are still thinking at the matter.
In the same time, we think to make a sort of Club of Owners of our models. These
members will have a discount of 5-10 % from the public price. Not yet decided but
will be for sure.
Our goal is to have very good models, as much as possible, and an exclusive
production, promotion and distribution. This solution will give us the possibility to offer
good service for our models, advices, info, aso.
These members will receive, from time to time, different items from us - small models
or accessories or whatever from our production, and for the most devoted members
will have models at 50 % discount.
Will be suitable for all of you to have a PC or facility to use one, we intend to make our
assembling notice on CD, using a lot of pics and insert also all the material we have on
the model, as useful reference for the modeller.
About prices - is hard to estimate now a price, all will be done after the models will
enter in production. I can assure you that the prices will be reasonable, in any case
like ... Accurate Armor, let's say. Or other producer in 48th or 72nd.
A part of our strategy is to compare all the time our prices with the others on the
market, of course for same, equal, similar models.
1/ 72nd scale range - is not yet decided what to do.
I have a proposition for you now, as a first, possible model - The German field kitchen,
this model is already started but not yet finished.
Our rules will be the same for 72nd, as well. Same Limited Edition but in a little bit
higher number.
Of course, we'll keep you in touch with what is happening and I'll be back with
WIP models. I know that only then a serious matter can be discussed.
