Από αυτούς τους Σμηνίες της USAF θα προκύψουν αναλόγως προσόντων, ΚΑΙ Ιπτάμενοι και όταν αποστρατευτούν, αρκετοί από αυτους θα είναι Ανώτατοι... Αυτό θα πει Διαχελιρηση Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού, Στρατολογία που να πιάνει πουλιά στον αέρα, και ηθικό στα ύψη...
